Tandoori Fish

INGREDIENTS

  • Fish 1, 1/2 kg

  • Curds 3 tbsp

  • Salad oil 1 tbsp

  • Tomato ketchup 1, 1/2 tbsp

  • Vinegar 1 tbsp

  • Grind Together:

  • Cumin seeds 1 tsp

  • Coriander seeds 1 tsp

  • Cloves of garlic 3

  • Ginger 1" piece

  • Red chillies 2

  • Caraway seeds 3/4 tsp

how to cook

  • Mix curd, salad oil, ketchup, vinegar and salt and apply to the fish after cleaning it properly

  • Also apply the ground spices

  • Leave for a few hours

  • Grease a skewer and pass it through the fish lengthwise and cook in a tandoor or on a BBQ grill for about 20 minutes

  • Sprinkle a little black pepper, butter and lime juice over the fish and serve hot
